Zula – created as a high-bitter variety, but due to its aromatic values it was doomed to annihilation by large brewing concerns. Years later, Polish Hops revived this rebellious hops, and what caused the disfavor of the decision-makers of that time, as it turns out today, was the aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Craft breweries together with home brewers will certainly not allow history to repeat itself!
