Waimea is hop with a high content of alpha acids and oils, having its premiere in 2012. The roots of this hops include such varieties as Cluster, Saaz and Fuggle. It is a double-purpose hops that works great for both bitterness and aroma. It brings citrus and pine notes to the beer.
