Description
Few people are aware that the correct pronunciation of the name of this hops is Jar-il-lo. Its name comes from the Slavic god of war and fertility. Jarrylo is a great variety of hops with a beautiful name, unfortunately never the prettiest girl at a party. Many brewers believe that this hops lacks a dominant flavor, which can be both a strong and a weak point, depending on the intended use. Jarrylo hops offer a hint of citrus, a mild juiciness of fruit (many say pears and bananas) and a delicate hint of spicy pepper.
