Idaho Gem ™, named after the mountain state in which it was first grown, is the newest variety from Gooding Farms. It offers the sensation of fruit candies supported by grapefruit notes. High levels of sweet, fruity aromatic oils make Idaho Gem perfect as a late addition to the ketle. It works great also in dry hopping, both alone and in a mix.
