Description

Vital is a new hop variety from the Zatec breeding program in the Czech Republic. The high content of alpha and beta acids gives it an intense hop aroma. Vital is successfully used as single hop. It was originally bred for pharmaceutical and biomedical purposes as it has high levels of xanthohumol – a strong antioxidant. As the Czechs say -na zdraví!
