Styrian Wolf was developed by the Slovenian Hop Research and Brewing Institute in Žalec. It has intense fruity and floral notes, including a sweet tropical fruit flavor and complex aromas of mango, coconut, lemongrass, elderberry and even a hint of violet. Perfect for top fermentation beers, min. Pale ale or Witbiers.
