Southern Passion is an aromatic hops from South Africa that goes back to Saaz and Hallertauer varieties. The unique aroma profile includes passion fruit, guava, red berries, melon, calendula and grapefruit. Southern Passion will work in a variety of styles, from lightly hopped session beers to all American and Belgian hop-forward beers such as light ales, IPAs and Saisons.
