Mount Hood is a child of the 80s who draws from the nobility of the German variety Hallertau Mittelfruh. Mount Hood hops give the beer a pure noble aroma, slightly more spicy than its German ancestor. It is perfect for pils, bocks, altos and all kinds of wheat beers. It takes its name from the highest peak in Oregon.
