Description
Citra plays one of the main roles of the beer revolution! It first appeared commercially in 2007 and immediately fell in love with thousands of brewers. It has a strong citrus profile. There is no shortage of tropical fruits and delicate resinous notes. It works best in top-fermented beers, mainly heavily hopped beers, such as IPA or American Barley Wine. A world-class star!
