Cashmere had premiere in 2013 as a result of the merger of Cascade and Northern Brewer. It is a hop offering a larger alpha pack than Cascade and pleasant bitterness. Cashmere brings aromas of lemon, lime and melon with a subtle herbal bouquet in the background.
